How is my Credit Card Processed? After the transaction is authorized it is then stored in a group of transactions that has not been captured or not settled yet. The processor sends us an authorization to receive payment when an order is shipped. This pending holds funds from your account for every transaction no matter if you receive a confirmation or a declined notice. If your credit card is declined or you receive an error code for any reason there still maybe a transaction putting a hold on funds in your account for that amount. This is done by your Credit Card Company please understand that WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT. These transactions will usually fade away after several days but it depends on your credit card company policy. If it does not we recommend you contact your Credit Card Company. Important note for those receiving a decline or error code message: If you repeatedly try to enter your info and receive a decline or error code message, you have now created several transactions pending, but have not succeeded in placing and order. Your actions may have caused your credit card company account to have holds or pending transaction amounts for the attempts that you made to place this order. Example: You have tried to place an order three times for $200.00 because you know that it should go though but you keep getting an error code or decline message. Because you have repeatedly tried to enter your info you have now created several transactions pending but have not succeeded in placing and order. Your actions may have caused your credit card company account to have $600.00 in holds for the attempts that you made to place this order. If you don’t receive a confirmation email with an invoice number within 24 hours we don’t have your order. Even if you find a pending transaction on your online account after attempting to place an order that was rejected or declined. We never received the order because the information did not match with the entry you made or the data the credit card base had on file at the time. If you received a decline or error code message when purchasing then an order was not created for you by our system. What this means is we don’t even know what you ordered all we see is a Rejection Notice! We have found that many rejections are caused by customers typing in the wrong name like James Teal instead of James M Teal or using a PO Box instead of regular address. If you recently moved you maybe using your new address and the Credit Card Company is still using the old one. We recommend if you are having trouble that you try using Pay Pal or use a different credit card because each time you try to summit an order that fails your funds go into limbo. We our very sorry to say that we can’t use any of this info for your purchase or get it out of limbo for you! Please understand that this high security is for the protection of both of us!
